Matricaria Chamomile (also called German chamomile) has many virtues and benefits. – Useful for treating digestion disorders (gastritis, gastroenteritis). – Soothing since it helps fight against insomnia and anxiety. – Relieves irritations and inflammation of the skin such as eczema. Each herb is picked between May and June on the Mount Othrys in central Greece, in the traditional way. They are then carefully cleaned and dried in the shade at ambient temperature to preserve all their aromas.
